Birth Doula
Our Birth Doulas offer pregnancy and birth support for you and your birthing team. Our services are tailored to your specific needs and we are happy to support you in your journey to meet your baby, however that journey unfolds. We offer 2 prenatal visits as well as 24 hour access to us for anything questions or concerns you might have. We are committed to being with you throughout your birth process and immediate postpartum, as well as 2 postpartum visits. Prices range from $500-$1100. Postpartum Doula
Our Postpartum Doulas offer support to you as you settle into your new normal. Our dream for you is that we can answer any questions you have and support you as you navigate the sweet and challenging time of the postpartum period. We offer overnight care which includes breastfeeding or bottle feeding support, caring for your little one so you can sleep, as well as light housework and meal prep. Cost is $30 per hour. Currently we are offering overnight shifts only.

Birth Doula Training: COMING UP! July 17-20, 2025
Our training intensive is a 4 day, 35 hour birth doula training, and during that time we will cover all you need to enter birth work with confidence! We will spend 35 hours in class working our way through prenatal visits, birth support, including comfort techniques for labor, common interventions, trauma informed care, supporting challenging births, postpartum care, and building your business and finding clients. Additionally you will have about 25-35 hours of outside class work such as reading and case studies for a total of about 65 hours of training. Along with your in class training, you will have the opportunity to have one on one support from a professional doula through your first 3 births as the primary doula. The cost for this training is $800 including your supplies for the class. Contact us for more information!

Doula Circle
Have you finished your doula training but still have questions surrounding your role as a doula. Do you wonder what to cover at prenatals or have a situation with a client that you are struggling with, or perhaps you are navigating interacting with hospital staff. Our Doula Circle meets quarterly to provide community and support with other doulas in our community! If you are interested in building your doula community and continuing education, contact us for details about our next gathering!

Over the past 15 years I have been honored to work as a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator as well as a doula trainer. I love working with families as they navigate the landscape of birth and those first few weeks postpartum and I am always honored to be a part of such a sacred and special season of a families life. Beyond birth work I love hiking and backpacking, pottery, and coffee! I would love to talk with you about your dreams for your birth and see if we might be a good fit!

As a recently trained doula here in Colorado Springs I am committed and passionate in my support of the families I am privileged to support. I believe empowering families through pregnancy and in childbirth is so essential and I bring compassion, love, understanding and a commitment to support the individual stories of each of my clients! I believe our ability to create helps us grow and learn about our world, and there is no greater season of creation and creativity than during the childbearing year!
